Base price of $75 + $25 initial cleaning fee for a home that is *1500 square feet or less. To include the following:
· BATHROOMS, KITCHEN/EATING AREA, BEDROOMS, OFFICE/LIVING AREA/DEN/DINING ROOM/ENTRY WAY

  • Clean bathtub/shower, sink, counter tops, toilet, shine mirrors & faucet
  • Wipe stove top, counter tops, appliance fronts & kitchen table
  • Dust ceiling fans, light dusting of furniture, make unmade beds
  • Vacuum carpet, sweep & mop all hard flooring
  • Empty trash

 

*The pricing for additional square footage is as follows: 

    

  • 1501-1800 sq ft: plus $25 w/ $30 initial cleaning fee
  • 1801-2200 sq ft: plus $50 with $35 initial cleaning fee
  • 2201-2600 sq ft: plus $75 with $50 initial cleaning fee
  • 2601-3100 sq ft: plus $100 with $65 initial cleaning fee
  • 3101-3500 sq ft: plus $125 with $80 initial cleaning fee
  • 3501 sq ft and up, please call for a custom quote.
