How long will it take to clean my house?

It could take anywhere from 1.5 hours to 4 hours depending upon the size of your home. A minimum of 2 Divas will be sent to clean your house.

Will you provide cleaning tools and equipment or do we have to provide our own?

Domestic Divas provides all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have any special requests or would like us to use any of your products or equipment you may ask us to do so. We also have all-natural, eco-friendly cleaning products for a pure “green” cleaning of your home, upon request when scheduling your appointment.

Do I have to be at my house when you arrive?

You do not have to be at the house as many customers leave a key somewhere near the front door or make arrangements with us prior to arrival.

Are you insured?

Yes, Domestic Divas has $1,000,000 in liability insurance.

What time will the house be cleaned?

Domestic Divas operates Monday through Friday between

8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with appointment times around

9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. We try to accommodate

special requests if our schedule allows.

What should I do before a cleaning?

We ask you to pick up personal belongings and free the room of clutter, so that we may spend time CLEANING your house and not simply straightening your home.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

Pay with cash or check the day of the service. Credit card payments are will incur a 5% surcharge added to the total cost. Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo are also available.

What if I need to change or cancel my scheduled cleaning date?

Please notify us within 24 hours to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

Do you provide assistance for parties?

Yes, Domestic Divas can assist before, during and after a party as our schedule allows.

How are your service prices calculated?

We use several methods to determine the best pricing to clean your home or business exactly how you expect. We use square footage, quantity of surfaces and areas to clean, as well as the degree of cleaning needed. Homes and businesses that haven’t been cleaned before, or have deep cleaning needs will be discussed with the owner to assure clear communication and expectations are met, and exceeded!
